Shipping policy

Welcome! We are committed to ensuring your gift boxes arrive in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Because we ship from North Canterbury, we are proud to offer fast service across the South Island and reliable delivery nationwide.

1. Shipping Rates & Offers

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $180 or more within New Zealand.

  • Standard Orders: For orders under $180, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • One Address Per Order: Please note that free shipping and flat-rate fees apply to a single delivery address per order. If you wish to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, the following delivery targets apply:

  • Christchurch: 1 working day

  • Rest of South Island: 1–2 working days

  • North Island: 2–3 working days

  • Rural (RD) Addresses: Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for local rural contractors to complete the delivery.

3. Dispatch & Tracking

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.

4. Rural Deliveries

We happily deliver to rural addresses across New Zealand. Please ensure the "Rural" option is selected at checkout to ensure your parcel is processed correctly. Note that rural deliveries are subject to local contractor schedules and may take slightly longer than standard residential delivery.

5. Potential Delays

While we do everything in our power to get your gift to its destination on time, once a parcel leaves our North Canterbury studio, it is in the hands of our courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Peak seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas and Mother's Day)

  • Extreme weather events or transport disruptions

  • Public holidays

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us immediately at shop@rainbowbridgecomfort.co.nz. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue for you.
