We are committed to ensuring your gift boxes arrive in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Shipping from North Canterbury, we are proud to offer reliable delivery nationwide.

Shipping Destinations

We currently focus exclusively on our local community and only deliver to New Zealand addresses. 

  • Domestic Coverage: We ship to all physical addresses within the North and South Islands (including rural delivery).
  • International Shipping: We do not offer overseas delivery or shipping to international freight forwarders at this time.

All orders must be placed with a valid New Zealand shipping address to be processed.

Shipping Rates & Offers

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $180 or more within New Zealand.

  • Standard Orders: For orders under $180, we keep things simple with flat-rate shipping based on your location:

    • Christchurch: $9.99

    • South Island: $12.99 (Rural: $14.99)

    • North Island: $19.99 (Rural: $29.99)

  • One Address Per Order: Please note that free shipping and flat-rate fees apply to a single delivery address per order. If you wish to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each destination.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, the following delivery targets apply:

  • Christchurch: 1 working day

  • Rest of South Island: 1–2 working days

  • North Island: 2–3 working days

  • Rural (RD) Addresses: Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for local rural contractors to complete the delivery.

Dispatch & Tracking

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to design and create your custom keepsakes before they are dispatched.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.

Rural Deliveries

We happily deliver to rural addresses across New Zealand. Please ensure the "Rural" option is selected at checkout to ensure your parcel is processed correctly. Note that rural deliveries are subject to local contractor schedules and may take slightly longer than standard residential delivery.

Potential Delays

While we do everything in our power to get your gift to its destination on time, once a parcel leaves our North Canterbury studio, it is in the hands of our courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Peak seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas and Mother's Day)

  • Extreme weather events or transport disruptions

  • Public holidays

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us immediately. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue for you.
